The allocation engine in Fuze is class leading, you can establish quantities for manufacturing using any data in the system. These allocations can be as simple or granular as you need. Allocations can be set as defaults so you save time.
Marketing teams spend a lot of time and effort on campaigns. This module allows you to gain an insight as to how well your campaign has been executed. This is based on surveys and questions you define along with the ability to see photographic proof, all in real time.
The store portal gives your stores the information relevant to them when you need it shown to them. Stores can raise orders for more stock or query data with central teams. Stores will know what campaigns are coming up, what are live and what should be recycled. This is sometimes called the location portal
Fuze comes with a configuration module that allows you to fine tune various aspects of your system. Some examples are, logos, images in the UI, user roles, colour schemes, and dates that your campaigns are available to be seen.
The key to unlocking cost savings is driving value from reporting and data. Fuze comes with lots of reports out of the box enabling your business to learn and improve on all aspects of campaign management. We can also provide bespoke dashboards/reports or links to existing "data lakes" in your business.
Our workflow module enables you to define milestones per campaign. It reminds users when due dates are coming up and records all actions against milestones so you can later look at the data that was behind the milestones of your campaign/s to determine if KPIs were reached.
DAM / VERSION CONTROL
Fuze allows users to approve and reject items. Each version is stored and tracked along with any comments made. Users can use our approval tool to quickly and easily compare versions. Fuze can be used as a digital asset management system or it can integrate with a solution you already have.
This module allows you to store data about any aspect of your business. Some examples are stores and their associated details, even user configured fields to store anything you want. All of this information can then be used to drive the allocation engine.
This module builds on the property database allowing you to define individual assets that belong to you, locations, stores or components of other assets. Again this can be used to drive the allocation engine module. Examples, being fixtures, POS and much more.
This module works with any large campaign allocation which takes space range merchandising and campaign space mapping files as input along with user defined POS rules to create store specific POS allocations based on store profile data. Highly complex allocation briefs which used to take weeks to calculate manually are produced in a matter of minutes.
This allows you to store stock in virtual warehouses. Here you can request your warehouses to undertake stock checks and respond to orders. This module ensures your stock holding is known at all times and orders are only approved in line with rules you set per item or campaign.
CAMPAIGN BRIEFING (ALL PARTNERS)
One standard template of campaign item briefing is used for all vendors. Each included campaign item details all the briefing requirements for artwork agencies along with the print specification, quantity and packing requirements needed by the printer. Our one brief format is now being adopted across the industry demonstrating our ability to drive innovation in the market.
Here you can store information about your suppliers, contact details, and ways to send files to them. You can also report on financial information in this module, such as how much work was awarded to a supplier or how much work they did not win. You control who can and cannot quote by profiling data and vendors.
This module enables you to tender work with potential venders, tracking and recording why venders are awarded. All vendors interact with the system via our unique "one brief" functionality, that is one brief for all vendors. You can experiment by adding and removing items from tenders to see the impact on prices.
Used alongside the purchasing module this gives you the ability to budget, record and track spend against your marketing budgets. This ensures campaigns do not exhaust all your finances and gives your team a view of budgets based on periods you define.
This is a core module of the system. Here you can define key dates, sub projects and items. Appropriate workflows are selected to support the complexity of each campaign to schedule in the required amount of time for each task. Milestone dates in these workflows notify the key stakeholders to keep campaigns on track.
A common problem for printers is receiving artwork that is not print ready. This module ensures printers get artwork ready for print first time whilst educating artwork agencies on what is the standard needed at the time of artwork creation. This drives efficiencies and cost savings to you and vendors.
Lots of artwork is repetitive and can be generated from data automatically. This module allows this to happen with vendors who have this technology. You can define the data in a campaign and then turn that into print ready artwork. You are able to approve and reject artwork whilst providing feedback on required changes for when the artwork automatically regenerates.
